1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

2. Product Condition & Return Window

  • Product Condition: Items must be in new condition with original packaging.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact our customer service teamΒ with your order details and the reason for your request. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. The cost is 20% of product price.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of its receipt and whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing may take additional time. If you still have not received your refund after 3 business days, please contact us.
