Shipping policy
- All orders are delivered within 24 hours in Karachi and within 2-5 business days across Pakistan. However on some occasions, it might not always be possible to ensure delivery to all areas within specific date range.
- Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched next business day.
- Orders received on Sundays or any national holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Flat rate of PKR 245 per kg for shipping across Pakistan. (COD)
- Your preferred bus or cargo service or postal service can also be arranged; however, the payment must be paid in advance. Alternatively, our fast courier service for Cash On Delivery is available.
- Volumetric weight applies for large parcels instead of normal weight especially on COD orders.
