    Returns are accepted only if items are received damaged or incorrect. No cost for return and exchanged items shipping. No restocking fee.
    • Other Products: Returns accepted for any reason. Customers cover return shipping.

  2. Product Condition: Items must be in original condition, undamaged, with original packaging. No restocking fee

  3. 10-Day Window: Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  4. Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted.

  5. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order details and the reason for your request. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide return & refund instructions.
