How to Find Your Printer or Copier's Model Number

Every part we sell — toner, drums, rollers, fuser units — is specific to a machine model, so the fastest way to get the right part on the first try is knowing your exact model number before you order.

Where to look

  • Front cover or control panel — most Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and Toshiba machines print the model name directly above or below the display panel.
  • Inside the front door — open the cover where you'd load toner or clear a paper jam; many Canon and Xerox models have a label here.
  • A sticker on the side or back panel — look for a rectangular label with a barcode, serial number, and model number together.
  • The display screen itself — on networked/digital MFPs, the model is often shown briefly on the startup screen, or under a Settings/System Info menu.

What you're looking for

Brand names alone ("Ricoh", "Xerox") aren't enough — you need the specific series and number, for example:

  • Ricoh: Aficio MP 2851, SP 3500SF, IM C2010
  • Xerox: WorkCentre 5865, VersaLink B7030
  • Kyocera: TASKalfa 4500i, KM 6030
  • Konica Minolta: Bizhub C220
  • Toshiba: e-STUDIO 2006
  • Canon: imageRUNNER 2425
